For a class assignment, we were tasked with using green screen/chromakey. The idea for this project sparked from a couple different places: first, from a group exercise with Donovan McGrath of Amplified Yoga in which we went around the room chanting "I Am" and individually choosing a word that represented us.

Second, being a session with a hypnotherapist/EMDR specialist in which I was talking about the beautiful qualities of another person, saying I want to be like this person. The therapist responded, "But who are *you*?" And from that place, this video was born.
